How can I contact The Preserve Association?
What are The Preserve Center office hours?

Office hours are Tuesday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. September -May

June – August we are open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

 

How do I pay my annual dues?

Statements come out in January and are due by March 15 each year. Payment can be made by cash, check, ACH or credit card. If paying by credit card, a 3% processing fee will be added. To pay by ACH or credit card, click here.

What are the pool hours?

Open weekends only generally starting Memorial weekend. Open daily starting in June thru Labor Day.

Monday through Friday 12 noon to 8 p.m.

Saturday 10 a.m.-8 p.m.

Sunday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

What would cause the swimming pool to be closed during the season?
  • Air temperature is below 65 degrees
  • Inclement weather
  • Equipment or chemical problems.
  • Inadequate lifeguard staff
  • Cleared for 30 minutes after either thunder or lightning
  • Cleared for water contamination

We make every attempt to have the pool open seven days a week from the time the pool opens in June until Labor Day.

How do you rent The Preserve Center?

Preserve members are welcome to rent The Preserve Center for a fee.

Check calendar to determine availability of desired date or call office at 952-941-8400.

To book a reservation, complete registration forms and make a $50 non-refundable deposit.

The week of your rental, payment of the remaining balance, along with a separate $400 damage deposit must be made at the center.

When does The Preserve Association Board of Directors meet?

Monthly – the second Wednesday at 6pm, unless otherwise noted.
