There are 187 acres of common properties, including 5 miles of walking paths and trails that wind through lovely neighborhoods and natural settings. Take a sunrise run around Neill Lake, enjoy a picnic at one of the 5 playgrounds, or relax on one of the benches around the lake and watch the wood ducks and green herons play.
